Thank you for purchasing an Ingrid Michaelson "Hell No" VIP package. All package elements will be rendered invalid if resold. Name changes will be issued at the sole discretion of 23/7 Global. VIP instructions will be sent via email no later than three days (3) before the concert. If you do not receive this email three days (3) prior please email info@237global.com. A redemption code for the s igned copy of the new Ingrid Michaelson CD included in your VIP package will be emailed to you no later than 14 days prior to release date and the CD will ship to arrive on or around release date. If you purchase and/or redeem inside of 14 days from release date your CD will ship within one week of redemption and is not guaranteed to arrive by release date. Other VIP Package components are to be picked up  at the venue night of the concert. All packages and contents are non-transferable; no refunds or exchanges; all sales are final.
