IMPORTANT PATRON INFORMATION

COVID-19 PROTOCOLS:
UMD Theatre will follow the University of Minnesota guidelines which will always be based on state and federal scientific data and advice from University of Minnesota public health and medical experts. The most recent update for the UMN systemwide campuses will not require social distancing nor indoor event capacities, however masks are required.

Ticket Sales:
This season all theatre events will be sold as individual ticket sales approximately two weeks prior to opening night for each production. Theatre on-sale dates are listed on our ticketing website. All music performance tickets will go on-sale 15 days prior to the event.

Box Office:
Daytime box office hours will be limited. Email and voice messages will be checked regularly. Performance box office hours begin 90 minutes before the event at the performance venue.

Will-call:
Tickets can be picked up at the event or during daytime box office hours.

Refund/Exchange Policy:
Tickets for all CAHSS events are non-refundable. Tickets may be exchanged for the same production only, prior to the performance. Tickets for missed events cannot be exchanged.

House Rules:
Food and drink are prohibited in the Marshall Performing Arts Center theatres and Weber Music Hall. Please turn off all electronic devices, cell phones, pagers and alarms. Absolutely no photography, audio recording or video recording is permitted. Smoking and chewing tobacco and the use of electronic cigarettes is prohibited on all UMD property.

Seating:
Doors generally open for seating 30 minutes prior to the performance. Patrons must be seated 15 minutes prior to the curtain time. Any open seats may be sold at that time.

Latecomer Seating:
We reserve the right to not seat latecomers. No late seating for performances in the Dudley Experimental Theatre.

Access:
Wheelchair seating is available upon request. Please reserve in advance by calling the box office or purchasing online. Theatre has scheduled ASL interpreted performances, dates are listed on our ticketing website. Audio description is available upon request with a two week notice for Theatre productions.

Parking:
FREE parking after 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday and all day on weekends in lot G (pay lot), gold lots, maroon lots, white lots & at meters. See d.umn.edu/parking or for more details and information on limited overnight parking.
