MBSR Classes Will Be Held Live via Zoom:
Your health and wellbeing, and that of the community, are of the utmost importance to the Bakken Center for Spirituality & Healing. We are currently offering all of our Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction classes in a virtual format, live via Zoom.
The Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction course schedule consists of one orientation class (1 hour), eight weekly classes (2.5-3 hours), and one daylong retreat on a Saturday or Sunday (6.5 hours). This highly participatory, practical course includes guided instruction in mindfulness meditation practices, gentle stretching and mindful yoga, group dialogue and discussions aimed at enhancing awareness in everyday life, and daily home assignments.
Please note, you are still able to register for a course after the orientation session as there is a pre-recorded version available.
Access to downloadable audio recordings of meditation and mindfulness exercises is included in your registration fee, for your use in practicing outside of class.
Please review the course terms as well as the cancellation and refund policy prior to registering for the course.
Pay What You Can Pricing:

The suggested registration fee is $449, but for those who are not able to pay the standard fee we have lower rates available. If you would like to support this initiative and are able to contribute financially, you can select a registration fee up to $599 to support others attending at the sliding scale rate.
We are also able to offer one volunteer position per course for in-person classes.
